2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

GreenmondayTV is a licensed broadcasting and streaming service based in Uganda that provides access to television content, movies, live streams, and other multimedia content through various digital platforms.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

Be resident in Uganda or authorized territories

4. USER ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

4.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.3 Account Usage: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. CONTENT STANDARDS AND COMPLIANCE

5.1 Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) Compliance: All content on GreenmondayTV complies with:

Minimum Broadcasting Standards (Schedule 4)

Uganda Communications (Content) Regulations 2019

5.2 Content Classification: We use the following content ratings:

G (General) - Suitable for all audiences

PG (Parental Guidance) - Parental guidance recommended

16+ - Suitable for viewers aged 16 and above

18+ - Suitable for adults only

Content Warnings: SVL (Sex, Violence, Language) indicators where applicable

5.3 Prohibited Content: In accordance with Ugandan law, we do not broadcast content that:

Is contrary to public morality

Promotes violence or ethnic prejudice

Creates public insecurity or violence

Contains distorted facts in news broadcasts

Violates any existing laws

6. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that violates Ugandan laws

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes

Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express permission

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Ownership: All content on GreenmondayTV is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use.

7.3 Restrictions: You may not download, record, or redistribute content without prior written consent.

8. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

8.1 Subscription Plans: Various subscription plans are available with different features and pricing.

8.2 Payment Processing: We use secure third-party payment processors (Stripe, local mobile money providers).

8.3 Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

11.2 Content Accuracy: While we endeavor to provide accurate information, we do not warrant the accuracy of all content.

11.3 Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for content on third-party websites.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenmondayTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
